Urza was born in 2015, in urban Berlin, with the aim of creating extreme doom. The five-piece combines funeral doom atmospheres with crushing death doom. After the release of the band's first album in 2019, a split album with Calliophis arrived in 2024 - and the band is currently working on their second full-length album.
