Hailing from the Alpine north of Italy, Tetramorphe Impure is the creation of Damien, an experienced musician and former member of Mortuary Drape.
After a series of underground releases spanned over it's long existence, Tetramorphe Impure have emerged to bring their debut album in 2025. Melding the profound weight of funeral doom, OSDM and early doom-death. Monolithic and crushing in it’s core, bringing forth vast soundscapes draped in despondent, shuddering riffwork.

Both nostalgic and reflective in its essence, Tetramorphe Impure create a brooding, despondent atmosphere, evoking the spirit of the early 90s through the lens of funeral death doom and OSDM.

Inspired by bands like Decomposed, Disembowelment, Dusk, Evoken, Mournful Congregation, and Esoteric who have all left a big mark on his way of making music. Yet the inspiration of bands such as Dead Can Dance, Swans, and being a huge fan of early Swedish and Finnish death metal, all adds a contrasting and primal edge to the sound.
